Ruggedtech Systems is a B2B manufacturer. We collect the minimum needed to answer enquiries, process RFQs and run the Download Center and Customer Portal. This notice explains what we store and the cookies we use.
Information we collect
- Enquiries / RFQ: the name, company, email and message you send via the contact form or by emailing us — used only to respond and to prepare a quotation.
- Download Center (light gate): an optional email address for certain driver / CAD / application-note downloads.
- Customer Portal: sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access; your identity (email) is managed by your identity provider, not stored in a site database.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a first-party consent cookie (rgts-consent,
stored for one year) to remember your choice from the banner. The site sets
no advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if enabled, load only after you
select Accept all; choosing Essential only keeps them off.

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the commercial relationship. To access, correct or delete your data, email info@ruggedtech-systems.com.
