A fully sealed 15" stainless panel PC for GMP-grade sanitization — the RGTS-FIP-15RT-67.
Pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing runs on contamination control. Surfaces are wiped with IPA and sporicidal agents every shift, and equipment has to survive sanitization with no crevices, no corrosion, and no fan stirring particles through the room. A “front IP65” HMI sealed on one face only is the weak point of an otherwise validated line.
The RGTS-FIP-15RT-67 seals the whole unit. An anti-corrosion stainless enclosure with a deactivated, crevice-free surface is rated Full IP67/IP69K — it shrugs off sanitizing sprays and wipe-downs from any angle. Inside, a fanless 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5 (Tiger Lake) platform runs MES, electronic batch records and line HMI with no fan to pull moisture or circulate particles through the chassis.
A universal AC 110–240V input and a slim 56.5 mm body (71.5 mm over the sealed connectors) on an 8-M4 VESA pattern mount it on a pedestal, arm or isolator wall right at the point of use — filling, inspection, or CIP/SIP station.

Engineered for Hygiene-Critical Duty
IP69K is the rating written for high-temperature, high-pressure jet cleaning — and on the FIP-15RT it covers the entire enclosure, not just the glass. The deactivated stainless surface resists the alcohols, peroxides and sporicidal agents used in sterile suites, with no seams or coated edges to trap residue. With no fan, there is no airflow path to draw contaminants in or push particles out — a quiet, sealed unit that validates cleanly and stays put through every wipe-down.
