Food, beverage and pharmaceutical lines are cleaned as hard as they run. High-pressure, high-temperature washdown, caustic chemicals, splashes and dust find their way into any seam an ordinary panel PC leaves open — and a flooded terminal stops the line.

The RGTS-PST-15WE-J-SL is sealed against exactly that. A full SUS316L stainless-steel housing carries an IP66/IP69K rating, so it shrugs off close-range, high-temperature hose-down cleaning. The 15.6" Full-HD projected-capacitive screen takes gloved touch, and a fanless Intel Elkhart Lake (Celeron J6412) platform with up to 32 GB DDR4 runs Windows or Linux with no vents and no moving parts to fail.

Every connection — power, USB, RS-232 and Gigabit LAN — exits through sealed M12 circular connectors, with dual Intel Gigabit Ethernet (I211-AT + I226) for line and management networks. A 13.56 MHz HF RFID/NFC reader is built into the top edge for operator login and product traceability, and a wide 9–36V DC input drops it onto almost any line supply.

Engineered for the Washdown

IP66 keeps out powerful water jets; IP69K adds close-range, high-temperature, high-pressure cleaning — the standard for hygienic food and beverage equipment. With no fan and no ventilation openings, there is no path for water or contaminants to enter, and the SUS316L surface resists the caustic and acidic cleaners used on production floors. 100×100 VESA mounting, a wide-range DC input and an optional front-panel LED logo let it drop straight onto a line, wall or arm. Windows and Linux are both supported.
