Food and beverage lines are unforgiving places for electronics: high-pressure hot-water washdowns, caustic cleaning agents, condensation, and hygiene audits that fail anything with crevices or corrosion. Standard panel PCs — even "front IP65" ones — are sealed on one face only. The rest of the enclosure is the weak point.

The RGTS-FIP-24WLS seals the entire unit. An anti-corrosion SUS316 stainless steel enclosure rated Full IP66 / IP69K shrugs off direct water jets from any angle, while a 24" Full HD panel with a 5000:1 contrast ratio and P-cap multi-touch keeps batch data crisp and operable in wet, gloved conditions. Inside, 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5 processing with DDR5 memory runs recipe management, line HMI and traceability software without a fan to fail or pull moisture through the chassis.

A universal AC 110–240V input simplifies deployment across plants, and the slim fanless body with thermal-fin cooling mounts on stainless pedestals and arms right at the line — pasteuriser, filler, or CIP station.

Engineered for Hygiene-Critical Duty

IP69K is the rating written for high-pressure, high-temperature jet cleaning — and here it covers the whole enclosure, not just the glass. The smooth SUS316 surfaces wipe clean and resist the chlorinated and caustic agents used in daily sanitation. M.2 PCIe Gen4 storage, a programmable 1–255 s watchdog and Windows 11 support keep the platform current for MES, traceability and audit-driven environments.
